Yes, her eyes are ment to look soulless. She eats popcicles.. Which im gona bring to your attention that this picture was painted with popcicles and water colours. Her lips are flavored pink and cherry, her eyes are grape and lip and some of her hair is pink with cherry. Then I did a sketchy outline. Hope you like it!!!
